Location: Sheffield (3 days in the office)
35 hours p/w, permanent
Salary: £40,000 to £42,000

Role overview:
Tes is a company that has evolved hugely, and so has the Marketing function. Tes is now beginning a new era that brings together many separate products, and delivers a level of value to schools that hasn't been possible before. The Marketing function is right in the middle of this; building our brand, nurturing, engaging and acquiring new audiences, and supporting how customer prosper through retention.
Working globally across all Tes B2B and B2C products, the PPC Marketing Manager will be responsible for PPC campaign activity to support overall nurture, acquisition, engagement and retention of B2B and B2C customers and candidates. This will comprise the creation and management of all PPC activity, management of the PPC marketing executive, reporting and continuous optimisation.
The role will cover PPC digital campaigns, working across both search and social media platforms, and will work alongside the wider Digital Marketing function to support inbound traffic that ultimately drives new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Devise, deliver, and optimise the Tes PPC strategy in line with business objectives.
* Work with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider Marketing colleagues on PPC and paid campaign creation.
* Advise Marketing Managers on PPC approaches that support their campaigns.
* Weekly and monthly reporting of key KPIs and analysis to drive optimisation.
* Share learnings back to the business that can enable future business growth.
* Manage, support and mentor the PPC Executive to enable the strongest PPC operation.
* Work collaboratively with fellow marketing professionals to support overall Marketing objectives.
* Build positive, empathetic, and respectful relationships with all colleagues.

* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Ability to collaborate with data, creative, support, sales and tech teams.
* You know your limitations and areas of development, and actively look to tackle them.
* You look for efficiencies, and don't reinvent the wheel.
* You are able to input into how we evolve our guidelines and rules, at the same time as respecting those in place.
Qualification and Experience
* Previous experience in managing PPC operations.
* Experience of working in international and multi-product environments.
* Previous experience of managing people.
* Understanding and experience of tracking, analysis, reporting, and ROI
* Proven track record of scheduling/working on various types of campaigns.
* Must have excellent written English and verbal skills
