Teach360 is working closely with a mainstream secondary school in Havering that is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team this September. If you have experience working with challenging behaviour and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Ideal Behaviour Mentor:

Has experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
Acts as a positive role model and motivator.
Can start in September and commit to a full-time position.
Has excellent behaviour management skills.
Holds a valid DBS (or is willing to obtain one).
Passionate about supporting the personal and academic development of young people.Are You:

About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - Havering

Develop and implement strategies to manage and support students with challenging behaviour.
Provide one-on-one mentoring for students, helping them overcome behavioural challenges.
Create personalised action plans in collaboration with students to outline clear goals and objectives.
Support students to build self-esteem and confidence, improving their personal and social skills.
Act as a role model, motivator, and advocate for young people.About the School - Behaviour Mentor - Havering
