The role - Behaviour Mentor

I am working with a SEMH school based in Bromley that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 2 & 3 students out of class and must be an approachable, enthusiastic and efficient person with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students. As a Behaviour Mentor you must have strong behaviour management skills and must use de - escalation techniques when necessary. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with Social Emotional Mental Health needs and strong knowledge of working with challenging behaviour.

This SEN school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 7 - 14 years old. The school's focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils.
