Commercial Finance Manager | Trafford (Hybrid) | £60,000 - £65,000 | High growth SME Axon Moore have partnered with a cash rich, fast growing business in the Trafford area who have created a new role for qualified Commercial Finance Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The business have opened up several new divisions, and have exciting plans to double turnover year-on-year for the next 3-5 years with a view to future IPO or PE investment. Reporting into the Group Head of FP&A with a dotted line to the FD, you will be responsible for: 

• Create annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and multi-year financial models
• Business Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial implications are considered in business strategies
• Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and potential M&A activities
• Provide financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver detailed management reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboard metrics
• Collaborate with business units to optimise financial outcomes and drive accountability
• Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team and across departments
• Ensure continuous improvement of FP&A tools, processes, and methodologies
• Enhance financial planning systems and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy
• Leverage business intelligence and analytics platforms to deliver real-time insights

Person specification:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified 
• Proactive, confident communicator with an ability to challenge stakeholders 
• Ability to work in a fast growing, fast paced business
