The Role:

This Senior Remote Plan Checker & Technical Manager position has a Domestic project focus (suited to Registered Building Inspector Class 2B). However, for those seeking a variety of workload, there is opportunity to partake in more than just plan checking. The ideal suitor will also serve as a Technical Manager, offering advice and guidance on any technical queries received from the wider team. You would be based from home, fully trusted with no micromanagement, able to manage your own diary, whilst also being part of a collaborative team that is well integrated and long-serving.

Person Specification:

· Extensive prior experience in the role of Building Control Surveyor on Domestic projects through the delivery of plan checks

· Must be proficient in the delivery of Domestic plan checks to a high standard

· Conversant with the interpretation of building regulations, construction processes, legislation and requirements

· Suited to candidate's registered as RBI Level 2B
