We are excited to partner with a global organisation in their search for a Insurance Support Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their office-based career, with full training provided through both classroom sessions and on-the-job learning. - Create and gather documentation from files
- Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems
- Respond to enquiries and assist with client queries
- Reconcile and allocate payments
- Create reports and process premiums
- Quality check documentation
Requirements:
- Ability to analyse key information with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow processes and problem-solve
- Willingness to learn and develop
- A basic understanding of insurance principles
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
