Supporting key clients you will work closely with the wider Constellation and Compass business to ensure the accurate and timely payment of our variable workforce. Your role within the team is multi-faceted and your ability to multi – task will be key. Our Payroll Consultants must have key skills including problem solving, aptitude for managing different systems, strong IT skills as well as a collaborative spirit. Teamwork creates the foundation that makes our operation such a success.

Key Responsibilities

The below outlines some of the key responsibilities of your job role:

• Responsible for multi venue, payroll management working with key clients to ensure payroll data is recieved and processed in a timely manner,
• Supporting with pay queries and resolving effectively within agreed service level agreements
• Ensuring payroll reports are collated and provided when required
• To follow all procedures outlined in terms of payroll and system management
• To ensure that we adhere to all legalities involved in payroll processing
• Ensuring when out of the business clients are handed over correctly.

This role is a 5 out of 7 day working week, primarily Monday to Friday.
