A fast-growing crypto platform is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Head of OTC Business Development professional to lead the growth of this part of the business. The company has strong roots across the MENA region and has ambitious plans to be a leader in the digital assets space internationally. The business is well funded and boasts a well reputed senior leadership team, and has already signed several high-profile partnerships to kick start the growth.

The platform enjoys very strong banking rails and has formal partnerships in place with multiple tier-1 banks in the region. The senior management are extremely well connected across the GCC and will be able to make many introductions to key people in major businesses to target as potential clients.

In this position you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of the OTC platform, contacting both existing and potential clients to drive revenue. You will cultivate strong relationships with corporates and merchants to allow them to send and receive crypto payments quickly and efficiently.

To be a success in this position you will be an experienced business developer with a strong MENA network of relevant clients, and possess the hunger and determination to spearhead the growth of a start-up. You will be able to utilise innovative sales techniques, whether digital or in person, and you will have strong technical and regulatory knowledge of international crypto payments.
