A renowned UK charity that supports people with disabilities is in need of a Commercial Finance Manager to join its finance team on a permanent basis. This is an interesting, commercially-focussed role reporting into the Finance Director and will produce forecasts and budgets for around 200 stores while providing financial advice and support to senior management across the retail function. It is a hybrid role, with a day each week expected in the London offices, and will offer a salary of up to £75,000 per annum.

As the Commercial Finance Manager your role will involve:

• Producing forecasts and budgets for 200 stores across the country
• Producing detailed analysis for the retail function that will be used to inform strategic decisions
• Supervising two Management Accountants, delegating month-end responsibilities to them
• Ad hoc financial modelling as required

The ideal Commercial Finance Manager will:

• Be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience
• Have strong financial planning & analysis skills
• Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior non-finance stakeholders
• Ideally have previous retail finance experience
