We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors, based in Oxford. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a commercial scheme starting in April with a leading contractor who has partnered with Tier 1 contractors like Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty on high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and oversee the electrical installation works on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

* Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.

* Liaise with site managers, project managers, and other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Monitor progress against project timelines, report on any delays, and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

* Provide technical support and guidance to the electrical team, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role, ideally within both commercial and residential projects.

* In-depth knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and regulations.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations, SSSTS, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
