I am recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the Crop Protection team for my client based in Norwich.  This is a full time, permanent role with an immediate start available for the right candidate.  

Duties and responsibilities: 

Adopt and implement strategic plans for the business. 
Identify growth opportunities to grow business 
Manage supplier accounts 
Identify market research opportunities to secure income for the business 
Promote and increase exposure across the UK 
Building relationships with agronomists across the UK  
Attend industry events and technical meetings where appropriate 
Requirements for the role: 

Strong IT and data analytical skills 
Experience of the arable inputs supply chain or arable farming 
Good knowledge of the crop protection industry 
Drive, enthusiasm and resilience 
As well as the above, it is essential to hold the full BASIS qualification.
