My Wolverhampton based Manufacturing / Engineering client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
This privately owned independent company who has been operating since 1990, offers a high-quality service throughout many industries including Automotive, Building, Domestic appliance, Lighting/ Energy and more.
Duties:-
* Answering inbound customer enquiries either by over the phone, email and face to face.
* Providing tailored solutions to customers by identifying their individual needs
* Negotiate prices for products, basic conversion work and transport sales with suppliers
* Manager stock, purchasing stock and overseeing consignment warehouse supplies
* Raise quotations
* Follow up all leads and live quotations to maximise sales.
* Account manage all customers to maintain relationships and secure future business
* Liaising with internal departments and suppliers by phone and email to maintain business relationships.
Key Skills:-
* Essential you have worked within an Account Management role previously and have a B2B background.
* If you have worked within Engineering or Manufacturing this would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Good negotiation skills.
