About the Role
We're seeking an Experienced Secretary, ideally with a legal background, to join our team in Hale. You'll play a key role in supporting solicitors across a range of administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling correspondence and managing diaries
Opening new client files using a legal case management system
Typing and audio dictation
Liaising with clients in a professional and confident manner
Preparing and formatting legal documents
Supporting solicitors with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to dateAbout You
