We are delighted to offer a position for a Year 2 Class Teacher to join a thriving, one-form entry primary school in Ealing, just a short walk from Ealing Broadway station. This maternity cover role is available immediately and will run until the end of the academic year.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to take responsibility for a Year 2 class, delivering the national curriculum while nurturing each child's personal and academic growth.

Key Details:

* Position: Year 2 Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

* Location: Ealing (Nearest station: Ealing Broadway)

* Duration: Until the end of the academic year (Maternity Cover)

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

* Duties:

* Planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.

* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure they meet their learning objectives.

* Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.

* Marking and providing constructive feedback to pupils to support their development.

* Liaising with colleagues, parents, and leadership to ensure pupil success.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a committed and motivated teacher with the following qualifications and skills:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Essential).

* An up-to-date DBS check (Essential).

* A strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

* A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to contributing to the school's community.
