The successful candidate will play a crucial part in managing invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts, and staff administration, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the nurseries. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Administrator, you will:
- Welcome families & visitors: Greet parents, children, and visitors professionally.
- Invoicing & fee management: Generate and distribute invoices, follow up on payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Bookkeeping & accounts: Assist with year-end accounts preparation and track income shortfalls.
- Staff administration: Support recruitment, manage staff records, and monitor absences.
- Ofsted & external liaison: Help during inspections and maintain necessary records.
- General office support: Handle office tasks such as filing, phone calls, emails, and diary management.
- Payroll support: Prepare payroll spreadsheets and manage staff holiday records.
- Policy compliance: Ensure adherence to nursery policies and procedures.
