Work across all RIBA work stages, from design development to completion
Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD & SketchUp
Ensure projects meet UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
Assist with planning applications, tender documentation, and on-site coordination
Maintain high-quality detailing standards and problem-solve technical challengesThe Ideal Candidate:

A Senior Architectural Technologist with proven experience delivering projects
Strong technical and detailing skills with a keen eye for precision
Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and site experience
Ability to manage projects both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
