This Brigg Scientific client is a well established testing and certification company and they are looking for a Technical Customer Services Officer to work on-site at their premises in Leeds.

Key duties will include:

• Enquiry management - client emails, calls and logging test results
• Preparing client quotations and customer liaison
• Booking in jobs and associated paperwork
• Sample preparation for 3rd party testing
• Generation of sales and purchase orders

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and time management skills allied to interests in textiles / construction products and possess a scientific background or experience from a similar technical support role. Knowledge of ISO 17025, Sage applications and working within a quality system would be a distinct advantage, although training will be provided.

This is an on-site role with a salary within the range of £23-26k.
