Customer Care Agent

We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Agent that cares about customers and their experience. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is to provide exceptional support, address enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels heard and appreciated. You’ll be a key player in creating a positive and lasting impression of our brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer queries via email and Instagram / Facebook in a timely manner with understanding, attentiveness and with the ability to provide prompt resolutions
- Assist customers with product recommendations tailored to their specific haircare needs.
- Manage returns by liaising between the customer and warehouse to action refunds or replacement orders
- Filing claims for any lost or damaged orders
- Regularly liaise with the Operations team to ensure orders are sent promptly and smoothly
- Working closely with the digital team to feedback comments, customer satisfaction and ways to improve the customer’s post purchase journey
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Shopify and Gorgias platforms
