ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is an expanding international startup consultancy, specializes in delivering tailored platform software implementations to accelerate digital transformation for financial institutions and multinational organizations. They are currently seeking a Client Partner - Digital Transformation to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and oversee the delivery of the company's cutting-edge cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client challenges, guiding solution design, and ensuring flawless service delivery while demonstrating strong commercial insight. This client-facing position requires exceptional leadership, business development skills, and expertise in digital transformation.
DUTIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary interface between the company and senior client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Communicate impactful insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Mediate between teams and clients to ensure mutual understanding.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with account strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Drive strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Solution Delivery & Quality:
- Oversee the delivery of digital solutions and services.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Inspire teams to proactively address potential issues before they arise.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to evaluate delivery performance.
Managed Services & SLA Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Address and resolve service issues or escalations promptly.
- Collaborate with the Managed Services team to optimize reliability and efficiency.
Strategic Consulting & Digital Transformation:
- Identify client business challenges and shape cloud-based solutions.
- Overcome cloud adoption barriers and design tailored digital strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in process automation.

- Proven experience in client management, sales leadership, and solution delivery.
- Strong track record in deal origination and selling complex digital solutions.
- Experience working in consulting environments is highly desirable.
