Are you a passionate and experienced Children's Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join Swindon's Assessment & Child Protection Team, working to safeguard vulnerable children and ensure positive outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments to identify risks, needs, and appropriate support for children and families.

* Lead on child protection investigations, ensuring the safety and welfare of children at all times.

* Develop and implement care plans, working in partnership with families and multi-agency teams.

* Attend court proceedings, case conferences, and strategy meetings as required.

* Maintain high-quality and accurate case records, complying with statutory guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

✔️ Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent).
✔️ Registered with Social Work England.
✔️ Proven experience in assessment, child protection, and safeguarding.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Children's Act, child protection legislation, and relevant social care policies.
✔️ Excellent risk assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
