Maintenance Electrician | FM / Building Services | Commercial Environments | £42K Base, £50-60K OTE | Permanent role, Paid Weekly.

We are recruiting for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial environments / buildings.

You will be working on a mobile basis, based from Bournemouth, Dorset, attending a wide variety of electrical maintenance works across the likes of retail stores, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, office spaces etc.

Works as a Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may include; electrical fault finding, lighting (lamps, ballasts, emergency lighting, interior/exterior safety lighting, interior/exterior security lighting etc), sockets, circuits, power supplies to fire, security and HVAC systems, wiring, cabling, containment, trunking, trays, installing electrical appliances (ie maglocks etc), power distribution, transformers etc.

Package: What's is in it for you?

* Role: Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer

* Status: Permanent, PAYE

* Pay Schedule: Weekly (1 week in hand)

* Basic Salary: £40,000 - £42,000

* D2D (Door to Door) Travel pay after 30 minutes each way.

* No deductions for lunch break.

* Overtime rates: Monday-Saturday: 06:00am - 23:59: X1.5 Rate

* Overtime rates: Monday-Saturday: 00:00am - 05:59: X2 Rate

* Overtime Rates: Sundays & Bank Holidays: X2 Rate

* Call Out: 1 in 4 weeks: £80 per call out + overtime rates following the 1st hour on-site.

* Provided: Company van, fuel card, specialist tools, 29 days paid annual leave etc.

* Locations: You will be working on a mobile basis: Bournemouth being a central hub with travel spanning from Exeter to Southampton. (Exeter would be no more than 2/3 visits monthly).

* Company van is for business use.

Requirements:

* Must be a qualified Electrician (to one of the following standards or equivalent; NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236 Part 2, City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 etc).

* City & Guilds 18th edition.

* Must have experience working as a qualified Electrician within commercial environments.

* Experience within a maintenance / building services role would be advantageous.

* Must have a UK driving license with under 7 points.

* Must be able to legally work within the UK.
