We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors, based in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a commercial scheme starting in April, with a leading company that has successfully delivered residential and commercial projects alongside Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the electrical installation work on-site, ensuring it meets the project specifications and industry standards.

* Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

* Monitor and track the progress of electrical works, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

* Collaborate with site managers, project managers, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with health, safety, and quality regulations.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure the team follows all relevant electrical codes and standards.

* Provide technical support and guidance to the team, troubleshooting any electrical issues that arise.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within both residential and commercial sectors.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and internal teams.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification required.

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred.

* Experience working on large-scale commercial projects is highly desirable
