WHERE? Didcot, Oxfordshire

HOURS? Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced Recruitment Consultant with in the commercial sector to join our established and respected Didcot office. Working alongside a supportive team. You will have previous recruitment experience with a sound knowledge of business development, account management and working to targets. You will be highly motivated and enjoy working to build successful long standing relationships with candidates and clients.

Duties of Recruitment Consultant:

  • Supporting clients through the recruitment process, providing sound industry knowledge and guidelines.
  • Candidate sourcing utilising a range of methods to include job boards, advertising and headhunting techniques.
  • Registering and interviewing candidates, both over the telephone and face-to-face.
  • Supporting candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Database management and compliance checks to include right to work ID check verification and reference checks.
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and trends.

Job Description

Selective Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Didcot. This position will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate records of employee information, and assisting with the scheduling of new employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with technology, strong computer skills, and experience in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Manage new employee information in our CRM system
  • Maintain employee files and records accurately through electronic data entry and computer generated forms
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and document creation
  • Assist with the scheduling of new employees
  • Manage the hiring process for all new employees, including interviews, reference checks, and orientation
  • Conduct background checks on all new hires
  • Provide support to managers as needed regarding employee matters such as payroll deductions, etc.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliation as needed by various departments within the company.
  • Experience: Staffing (1 year preferred) HR (1 year preferred) (Preferred) Administrative (1 year preferred) (Preferred)
