Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a really exciting outdoor retailer based in Covent Garden. Our client actively encourages you to get out and be active and that is what they are looking for in their next leader someone who embraces the outdoors!

You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and support with the technical knowledge of the products being sold. You will be driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance are achieved. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, including implementing any commercial moves to drive the success of the store.

Assistant Manager Benefits:

Experience and background:

• Retail experience at either Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager level.
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Ability to make commercial decisions based on external factors
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance
• Drive to succeed, in making your store a success
• Commercial awareness, knowing market trends and competitor analysis.
