We are urgently seeking a Special Needs Teacher to join a complex needs SEN School in South East London, Norwood, SE19.

You will be teaching low ability children following a Pathways 3 curriculum.

Primary and Secondary SEN Teachers are welcome.

Role: Special Needs Teacher

Pay: Paid to scale

Needs: Complex Needs /PMLD/SEMH/ADHD/ASC/

Duration: Immediate start, Temp - Perm

Location: SE19, Norwood, South East London

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing tailored lesson plans to address the unique needs of students with complex needs.
Utilising therapeutic approaches to enhance the learning environment.
Building and fostering positive relationships with children and young people with special needs.
Applying expertise in working with Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties, and pupils with complex behavioural challenges.
Demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to inspire and support both individual students and teams.
