The role will involve:- Lead the OH department- Direct line management of the Occupational Health Nurse- Ensure OH policies adhere to best practice- Present OH information that highlights key absence tends- Ensure all pre-employment screening is carried out- Low levels of sickness absence are maintained and reduced further- Establish and maintain a health surveillance and monitoring system- Ensure all OH records are up to date- Provide advice in relation to all OH queriesTo apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with strong leadership and management experience. You will need to be robust with your OH advice.Salary: up to £52,000 pro rata dependant on experience + Benefits
