Lead and develop - Manage and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels
Optimise processes - Continuously improve customer service operations, streamlining processes for better efficiency
Customer champion - Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, order processing, and shipping
Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey
Performance and reporting - Monitor service metrics, analyse customer interactions, and implement improvements
People management - Oversee HR duties including one-to-ones, performance management, and holiday requestsAbout You
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role within a product-led industry (B2C and B2B)
A natural customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, even in challenging situations
Ability to implement digital services to improve efficiency
