Sales Assistant (Exports)
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 DOE

The Role and Opportunity
In this dynamic and varied role, you will be responsible for a wide range of sales and compliance tasks for a leading surface preparation company in Sheffield. Identifying opportunities to grow inbound sales and handling key compliance tasks, your role will be paramount to the success of the company. You'll be managing customer expectations, product identification, issue resolution and customer profiling. Furthermore:

Assisting with the organisation of collections for recycling and waste removal
Handling documentation for waste compliance and export test certificates
Reconciling invoices, adjusting Sales Orders and Write Offs, preparing quotations, and updating CRM records accordingly
Coordinating with multiple teams across the business including dispatch, hauliers, purchasing, accounts, and sales team 
The Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that, as our ideal candidate, you'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a great understanding of Microsoft office packages. It is preferred that you have 2-3 years' experience working in exports and have a background in compliance. Further to this, you'll have:

Great organisational skills
The ability to build rapport with a multitude of people
A keen eye for detail, taking pride in your work
