Elevation Recruitment are searching for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of a Bradford-based Manufacturing business. This role will be a key contact for customers and assist the sales and purchasing teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, through to delivery.
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Process sales orders
- Keep track of orders and update customers on order status
- Manage customer accounts and maintain positive relationships
- Answer any customer enquiries
- Provide quotations and follow up with customers
- Work with procurement to order necessary stock
The Customer Service Administrator will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Strong organisation abilities
- Administration experience
