You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on specific floors of large-scale construction projects, ensuring successful and efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Reporting: Report directly to the Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager.Project Management: Manage daily operations on assigned floors, overseeing all construction activities to meet project targets.Subcontractor Supervision: Coordinate and manage subcontractors on your designated floor, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to timelines.Health & Safety: Lead on-site Health & Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.Quality & Program Adherence: Maintain the highest quality standards, aligned with the project schedule.Collaboration: Work closely with designers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals and timelines are met.Commercial Focus: Implement a commercially aware approach to enhance project delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in managing office fit-outs and large-scale construction projects.Strong background in Health & Safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.Ability to work in collaboration with diverse project teams to meet complex project requirements.Salary & Benefits:Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + package Application Deadline:Please send CVs in November for consideration.This role is ideal for proactive and experienced Site Managers ready to take on challenging, large-scale projects and contribute to an expanding team.
