Role & Responsibilities; Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager
* To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
* To maintain, repair and support the equipment
* To undertake scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
* Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults
* Prioritise system faults
* To accurately record all work undertaken
* Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
* Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels
* Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
Qualifications; Maintenance Deputy Shift Manager
* ONC OR HNC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bsc or Msc)
* Experience in previously managing a team (desirable)
* A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
* Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
