Mechanical plumber/Fitter

Venn Group are working with a client based in London to recruit for a Plumber

Duration: Permanent

Location: North London

Salary: £34-37k

The successful candidate will:

• Report and action plumbing / mechanical PPM and reactive tasks using CFAM systems
• Complete all tasks within the SLA target and update the CAFM system on a daily basis
• Carry out legionella testing
• Ensure log books and flushing records are kept up to date
• Work on call

The successful candidate will have:

• City and Guilds qualification, or plumbing equivalent
• Previous experience working with pressure vessels, hot water systems and BMS
• Experience working in large occupied buildings and carrying out mechanical tasks
• Strong understanding of legionella
