The Job you'll do

* Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be trained across numerous aspects of production & site operational activities to give you a deep understanding of site processes and functions.

* The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate fluently in English, as well as comprehend written instructions

About You

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.

* Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and acquire new skills.

* Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

* Good analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

* A conscientious and flexible approach.

* A team player with the ability to lead teams in a changing environment.

* Computer literate (experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).

* An understanding of Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment.

* An interest in manufacturing and production operations.

* A continuous improvement mindset.

* A driving licence would be beneficial.

* You must be able to prove that you are eligible to work in the UK
