Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to work with a leading M&E contractor? The Fit Out Division (£70m turnover) is expanding due to multiple new project wins, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team.

The Role
• As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will:
Oversee the operations and delivery of mechanical fit-out projects valued between £7m - £15m.
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance, and risk management are adhered to.
• Drive progress, problem-solve, and ensure successful project completion within timeframe and budget.

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in fit-out projects within the commercial & retail sectors.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with commercial teams, ensuring seamless operations
• Knowledge of M&E mechanical systems, procurement, and contract management.
