Material Control Supervisor

This role exists to manage the day-to-day movement and stock control of materials

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for adherence to all processes within assigned areas, including contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and to the continual improvement of existing processes.

Trains and facilitate the actual training of team members to defined standard process and ensures ongoing adherence to the standard.

Responsible for performance management of defined team

Responsible for the development of defined team

Assure that proper records and reports are established and maintained

· Prior Lean Production experience is a bonus
