Are you an experienced and passionate Special Needs Teacher looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated professional with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a thriving special needs school in South West London, supporting students with complex learning needs.

Key Details: Special Needs Teacher

* Location: South West London

* Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

* Start Date: September 2025

* Salary: Excellent rates of pay (competitive and based on experience)

Responsibilities: Special Needs Teacher

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with complex needs

* Support the development of students communication, social, and life skills

* Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

* Assess and monitor individual student progress, adapting learning plans as necessary

* Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to education

* Implement behaviour and sensory strategies to support students engagement and development

Requirements: Special Needs Teacher

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Proven experience working with children or young people with complex learning needs

* Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and teaching approaches

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A compassionate and patient approach, with a passion for supporting student development
