Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
Salary: Up to £49,500 + Private Medical Insurance
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm

We are seeking a Electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance at a high-end corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
Oversee generators and plant rooms
Maintain AHUs and FCUs

Requirements:

Qualified Electrically (Must have Level 3 Electrical Installations or something equivalent)
4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
