Description

• Drive financial planning processes and provide insightful analysis of business performance.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure efficient budget management and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and present monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reductions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements in the Life Science industry.
• Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes.
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the wider Accounting & Finance team.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Strong knowledge of the Life Science industry and its financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Experience within manufacturing
• Knowledge of costing
