Job Title: Sales Associate - Jewellery and Watches

Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, offering outstanding customer service and assisting clients with selecting jewellery and watches that suit their individual needs. You will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and watches based on their needs and preferences.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (shift pattern to be confirmed based on your availability).
Salary:

Competitive salary, depending on your experience.
Requirements:

Ideally, previous retail experience, preferably in jewellery or a similar luxury retail environment. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for jewellery and watches is a plus!
