As our Meeting & Events Floor Supervisor you will ensure all Meeting & Event facilities are maintained to the standards required and our guests receive efficient, professional and friendly service at all times. Facilitate the smooth running of the operation on a daily basis and to brief all staff on what meetings, lunches and dinners are taking place.


What we are looking for:

  • Educate and train team members with the agreed service standard in compliance with brand standards.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume. Interact with outside contacts: Guests, Vendors, and other contacts as needed.
  • To delegate control and co-ordinate staff duties for each function and to ensure the functions are run according to the staff rosters and daily work schedules.
  • To ensure that all rooms are laid up to the standards required for the following day and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • To ensure all storage areas for Meeting & Event equipment are kept in a safe and tidy condition. To be fully aware of and observe current liquor licensing laws.
  • To ensure on all occasions you observe safe and hygienic working practices in order to satisfy Health and Safety at Work, Food Hygiene and other statutory legislation.

A bit about you:

  • Experience in similar position within an M&E Operations
  • Experience in supervising high volume Food & Beverage
  • High personal grooming and hygiene standards Works well under pressure
  • Good understanding of the English language
