The Role

As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will:

* Oversee multiple mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

* Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Control costs and oversee project financial performance.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and method statements.

* Work closely with clients, representing the business in progress, design, and safety meetings.

* Lead and mentor site teams, including apprentices and directly employed labour.

* Monitor and manage project schedules, utilizing Asta Power projects for programming.

* Ensure quality assurance across all elements of mechanical works.
