The Wolseley Hospitality Group's Head Office is located above The Wolseley on Piccadilly. It comprises The Director’s office alongside People, Talent & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing and Reservations.


Working within the marketing team to support and deliver exceptional marketing and communication for the portfolio of restaurants within The Wolseley Hospitality Group. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms.

The role of a Social Media Manager:
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and tailored to the individual bands
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
  • Manage the social media calendars for all sites and across all platforms including writing captions, planning content and executing via Sprout
  • Schedule, post, and monitor daily content to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging
  • Optimise profiles and posts to increase visibility and engagement
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, and targeting
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of social media efforts such as likes, shares, comments, overall engagement and referral traffic
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other media
What we're looking for in a Social Media Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with social media advertising and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
