BREEAM Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent building services consultancy who provide expert environmental services to the construction industry. They are looking for a self-sufficient BREEAM Consultant to take the lead on a range of their multidisciplined projects.

Key responsibilities for a BREEAM Consultant include:

• Carrying out BREEAM Assessments from Project inception to completion
• Assist with BREEAM projects and ensure successful delivery within tight deadlines
• Produce general sustainability reports and strategies for clients to minimise their projects environmental impact
• The role is primarily BREEAM focused however there will be opportunities to expand to Whole Life Carbon and Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick software

The ideal BREEAM Consultant will have:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience delivering BREEAM Assessments from project inception through to completion
• Relevant experience in a sustainability consultancy role within the construction industry
• BREEAM qualification such as a BREEAM AP or New Construction would be advantageous
• Successful track record of leading on BREEAM projects within the construction industry
• Degree within an environmental science or engineering related discipline
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
