Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Barnsley to recruit a Head of Operations.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Duties of the Head of Operations will include:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, instilling a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Analyse and improve organisational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for operational excellence

We are keen to speak with Senior Operations Mangers or Heads of Operations with the following:

• Degree qualified
• Proven experience in operational management,
• Experience working in a fast-paced, continuous environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
