Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Barnsley to recruit a Head of Operations.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Duties of the Head of Operations will include:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, instilling a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Analyse and improve organisational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for operational excellence
We are keen to speak with Senior Operations Mangers or Heads of Operations with the following:
- Degree qualified
- Proven experience in operational management,
- Experience working in a fast-paced, continuous environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
