My client is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Architecture to join their thriving practice in North Yorkshire. The friendly and knowledgeable team delivers creative and innovative designs for Residential, Leisure and Master planning projects and focuses on providing exceptional solutions that always exceed client's expectations.

The successful Director of Architecture will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have a proven track record of managing a team. You will be confident building strong relationships with clients and will enjoy leading projects and identifying new business opportunities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Director of Architecture:

• ARB registered Architect
• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• Proven track record managing and leading a team of architects, designers and project managers
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring successful project delivery
• Confident identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Collaborative and supportive leadership style
• Ensuring high-quality designs are provided and project deadlines are met
• Proficient using architectural software
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation abilities
