Opportunity: EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Key Responsibilities:

* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children thrive.

* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.

* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

What We're Looking For:

* Level 3 qualification

* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

* Experience working with children aged 3-5 in a nursery or school setting.

* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
