Do you have experience in a Credit Control role or undertaking similar duties in a Finance/Accounts position?

We currently have a great opportunity to join a friendly, busy team at their Head Office based in Wallingford. Our client, a family run business with multiple sites across the UK, use a bespoke system to manage their client accounts. Working in a spacious office with free, on-site parking in a central location, you will be an integral part of the established Accounts team.

The Role:

• Chasing overdue accounts by phone, letter and email
• Opening new accounts
• Running credit check reports on individuals, and companies
• Process credit card payments
• Sending invoices
• Resolving customer queries
• Support with Month End duties
• General support to accounts team on an ad hoc basis

What you will need:

• 2+ years experience in Credit Contro/Debt Collection
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
