Solar Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Innotech Partners are working with a rapidly growing company in the commercial lighting sector, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solar Project Manager to start in the new year.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Solar lighting projects-whether in commercial lighting, electrical project management, or wider construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Manage commercial Solar lighting installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Ensure high-quality installations and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.
Candidate Requirements: - Experience in LED lighting projects within commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and energy efficiency standards.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Willingness to travel and stay away during the week as required.
