Estimator Wanted - Cladding/Facade Specialists

Here at Career Makers an experienced Estimator is needed for our growing cladding and facade company based in Ellesmere Port. We work extensively with major contractors like Watkin Jones and others across the North West region.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for cladding/facade packages

- Analyze drawings, specifications and attend site visits

- Develop strong relationships with suppliers/subcontractors

- Collaborate with Operations team on pricing and project planning

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 5 years' estimating experience in cladding/facades

- Excellent technical and commercial skills

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities

- Knowledge of relevant UK regulations/standards

- Proficiency with estimating software

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £75,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
