An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global professional services firm based in Leeds City Centre, as an Operations Team Leader, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous experience managing a team, in a client focused role and excellent IT skills, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, working 3 days in office and a salary of up to 35k!

Within this role you will be directly managing a team of administrators who are responsible for handling all client related queries or instructions, you will be responsible for delegating workload, managing team performance, individual development plans, reporting, stakeholder engagement and ensuring all technical solutions are in line with operational needs of the business.
